Welcome to the Museum of Baseballs’ Nippon Baseball Organization 日本野球機構 (NPB) gallery for standard official league baseballs and NPB team-exclusive special event commemorative logo game balls. This gallery includes NPB’s domestic counterparts of the MLB-Japan All-Star Tours, plus NPB-affiliated leagues and tournaments, such as the Miyazaki Phoenix League—a fall league for its minor league (B Teams). Vintage NPB Central League and Pacific League pro game balls will eventually be added.

Regular season Nippon Pro game balls can feature many variations of sponsor logos on the center league panel, or hand-stamped series matchup details for each game. We won’t show too many of these since they can be very similar from game to game and team to team. There are far too many to collect or to even track down just for images. We’ll still share a great array of official Japan game balls.

There are hundreds of NPB team anniversaries, player retirements, and other milestones which are often commemorated with official specially stamped game balls. Plenty of these special logo event baseballs are used in official games, while many are simply “Memorial/Commemorative” balls—for retail only. We’re just scratching the surface of the NPB official game ball collection.
